Everything displayed in the online catalogue is legal for sale to the general public. We do sell items to our law enforcement customers which are prohibited for sale to the general public, but these are currently not displayed on our website. |

What happens if you are out of stock on an item I would like to purchase? |
|
|
| |
We have new product arriving in our store every week. If something is out of stock at time of order, we will let you know immediately, as well as the date that we expect it to arrive. As a rule of thumb, most items are back in stock within a month.
NOTE: Special orders require minimum order quantities as well as pre-qualification of payment. |

I would like to place a special order for something you do not normally carry in inventory. How long will it take to arrive? |

Q: How do I Order Products? |

| |
There are four ways to buy Tactics Special Operations Gear:
1. In person. Visit our showroom on Ground Floor, G&A Building, Bayani Road, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, Manila, Philippines from 9am to 6pm (Click here to view map) or contact our Area distributors.
2. Telephone. Please call us during regular business hours (Monday through Saturday, 10am - 6pm at +632.6168024 or +632.6133469 Fag
3. E-mail. Please fill out the E-mail Order Form and submit. We will contact you with shipping details and costs.
4. Fax. Please fill out the Fax Order Form and fax to +632.6168024. We will contact you with shipping details and costs.
5. Due to limited stocks of some items, please wait for the confirmation of the availability of the item before transferring funds or depositing the payment.
Military, Law enforcement and other agencies: please contact us direct for quotes on quantity purchases or contract pricing. |

How do I pay for my orders? |

|

All orders may be paid through Managers Check Payable to Tactics SOG industries Inc., or via Bank Deposit or Bank transfer or International Money Order.
All order are pre-paid to include shipping cost, COD
Agencies that have established credit terms with our company can place orders using a Purchase Order and pay via check or other agreed upon method. Needless to say, pre-paid orders will be shipped immediately while orders using money orders will be shipped after the money order has arrived.
For international orders, payment shall be paid on U.S. Dollars. All taxes, duties or other importation requirements (permits etc.) will be the responsibility of the customer.

How will the products be shipped? |

All shipment are sent via Air21 for local deliveries and FedEx for International shipping or any other courier to the preference of the Dealer, expedited is available with additional shipping charges (call for quotation).
For international orders we can provide quotes on shipping costs. All taxes, duties or other importation requirements (permits etc.) will be the responsibility of the customer. Orders are charged in US Dollars. |

How long will the products shipped? |
|
|
| |
Items in stock are shipped same day that our bank notifies us that the transfer of funds has cleared. If items are back ordered, partial shipment are sent unless otherwise specified.
Arrival of the products on its destination can be monitored trough the www.air21.com.ph using tracking number sent. |

What if I would like to return the product? |
|
|

If an item does not meet with your expectations or requirements, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number, and then return it within 7 days of the day of receipt for a replacement or refund.
Returned items must be in the same new condition in which they were received and must be shipped freight prepaid, in the original box and packing material. Subsequently, we will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges. Special order items, customized items, excessively worn and customer-damaged items are not returnable. |
